Semi-automatic paver for multipurpose sports surfaces.

Semi-automatic P218 achieves a theoretic performance of 490 m²/h. An individually adjustable paving width approx 1,800mm makes it the ideal solution for multipurpose sports surfaces.

P218 is equipped with only one control panel, which can be fixed either on the left or right side, as required. Therefore, all its functions can be implemented easily and clearly. In order to ensure a homogeneous surface, the screed is quickly brought up to temperature with proven electrical heating bars.

A control thermostat keeps the operating temperature of the screed constant during paving. The oscillating speed of the screed is adjustable.
Thicknesses of 0 – 50 mm can be manually adjusted by turning the two hand wheels on the screed.

For the optimal surface quality the compaction can be adapted accordingly by adjusting the inclination angle of the screed.

P218 can be lifted with the help of the hand pump. For cleaning and maintenance, the screed can be easily swiveled upwards. The 80 mm wide chains can be changed with a few simple steps.
