Due to the global network of SMG representatives we are close to you. Our trained staff in the headquarter in Germany supports weekdays from 6 am to 6 pm. The sales department for Europe/Overseas and our service technicians stand at your disposal 24 hours by telephone. Our machines are available for your visit in our showroom which enables us to offer you test runs, demonstrations and machine instructions at any time after arrangement. SMG products can be seen regularly on domestic and international trade shows.

Our technicians based in the German headquarter and in numerous locations worldwide o er their expertise. For machine instructions we send our trained staff directly to your job site, even for several days. Through the close collaboration with manufacturers of synthetic granules, artifi cial turf or polyurethanes and long cooperations with leading installation companies we are always able to establish competent contacts. Be it for the project consulting, material choice, implementation of installations and/or for the supervision of your job site - our contacts are your advantage. Should you require help with our motors, compressors or electrical components we are happy to convey you to a service point in your area - of course even after warranty expiration.

In case of emergencies a special equipped repair station makes repair works possible within a few hours. Defective SMG machines can thus be repaired immediately also during the high season.
