PlanoMatic P828

Fully automatic paver for elastic layers, elastic subbases, athletic tracks and multipurpose sports surfaces.
Working width up to 2,700 mm (variable), area performance up to 890 m²/h.   

The PlanoMatic P828 is a fully automatic paver of the latest generation. The perfect fully electric symbiosis of the P928 and P703 pavers. The screed provides a theoretical performance of up to 890 m²/h with continuously variable speeds of 0,8 – 5,5 m/min and a variable stroke frequency having a constant installation quality.  

The PlanoMatic P828 is equipped with a software control system. Sensors are monitoring the operating conditions of driving speed, screed grade/temperature and bearing pressure of the drive technology. All process data can be seen, adjusted and transferred together with geographical data via an integrated GPS modul. The machine supervision supported by IOT (optional) enables remote maintenance as well as the control of the service processes. 

The P828 is equipped with an automatic curve control for running tracks, an automatic levelling device (sensor/tactile unit) and a variable adjustable screed grade enabling a smooth and uniform installation quality. The material consumption can be determined predictively via the sensor network. Differences in the installation process can be avoided preventively.  
Paving thickness settings of 0 - 50 mm can be easily changed by pressing a button located on both sides of the control panel.

The heating elements of the screed can be added sideways and changed comfortably if necessary. The delimiters are placed outside of the screed thus enabling exact installation edges for jointless sports surfaces using in-situ construction methods. Swivelling and height-adjustable material deflectors ensure optimal material flow as well as constant material loads over the complete screed installation width. Adjustable guard plates protect the chain drive unit from material entry.
