M-Infill NEW

Recycling solution particularly designed to recycle both sand and rubber through washing, splitting and dewatering systems.

The M-Infill separates sand and performance infill (synthetic and organic) from fibre and dirt (microplastic) by screening, washing and dewatering. The infilling material is conveyed from a buffer container into a tumbler screening system with different screens, which separates the mix into 4 fractions. Depending on the grain size and mixture, the individual fractions are then further separated in wet sieving systems. Performance infill is separated from fibers in a floating tank. The process water is filtered in polypropylene bags and is reused. The amount of water required is 4 m³. The water consumption is 0.5 m³ for approx. 280 tons of cleaned infilling materials. The capacity of the M-Infill is max 4 tons of mix per hour.

The M-Infill has a central control panel with integrated GPS module for remote maintenance as well as the control of service processes. Thanks to an integrated 65 kWh generator (diesel or petrol), the M-Infill can be used flexibly either on a truck trailer, a 45’ container or as a stand-alone plant.
