Since I started using SMG machines in February of 1982, I have never experienced an operating issue with SMG’s machines.

We thank the company SMG for their trust and support in the commercialization process of the WashMatic WM800 and SportChamp SC2D machines for the National Stadium of the National Sports Institute of Chile as well as the management and great support.

Wanted to touch base with you on the SMG visit to our office.
Both technicians showed up Monday at 8 am on the button and wasted no time getting to the three issue standing in front of us.
B. was very professional and knowledgeable with all the equipment. He took the time to go over each issue with me and had a solution for all. B. also showed me a number of ways to avoid these problems in the future. The two of them spent a total of seven hours working on and cleaning the PU unit, M5300 and the M6004.
B. also made sure each piece ran properly. We do need a minimal of parts to get everything 100% and B. will get me a quote to order and replace each. We also exchanged information so we can talk if any issues come up during the 2023 season.
The visit was 100% affective and I believe they should do this once a year so I can stay ahead of the curve. Vey insightful to know I have somebody with the capabilities
B. has to keep us moving forward.
