RotoMatic R58 is ideal for grinding of elastic synthetic sports surfaces. Its compact structure is particularly effctive for small areas, boundary zones, alongside curbstones and for projecting boundary lines.
RotoMatic R58 is steered by hand and the operator has a clear view of the work surface and the edge of the grinding disc. Three solid rubber wheels on bearings enable easy manoeuvrability and ensure an accurate and safe operation. The arrangement of the wheels prevents the grinding disc from tilting, even when the surface is uneven.
The grinding disc is mounted directly on the crankshaft of a 4-stroke petrol engine. That way the power provided by 7,6 kW (10,3 HP) is directly transmitted to the grinding area.
The adjustable grinding pressure is set by hand and held constant by the machine. This prevents fast wear of the grinding disc and damage to the surface.
