MixMatic M140

Batch mixer for binder and rubber granules.

The MixMatic M140 is a versatile and powerful batch mixer specifically designed for the efficient processing of binding agents and rubber granules. Thanks to its robust construction and flexible application possibilities, it is perfectly suited for small to medium batch sizes.

The compact mixing unit features an adjustable filling height of 1053 mm to 1353 mm, enabling convenient and ergonomic filling. The powerful electric drive, combined with precise mixing motion and a high speed of 50 rpm, ensures homogeneous results in the shortest possible time – usually in less than two minutes.

The open mixing drum provides a practical and unobstructed view of the mixing process. The filling grid with integrated safety shut-off allows for safe and simple addition of further components during mixing. A material discharge chute ensures clean, precise, and controlled emptying of the mixture. The adjustable mixing tool can also be easily removed for cleaning.

Additional convenience is provided by the well-thought-out chassis with pneumatic wheels and a towing handle, allowing the mixer to be moved manually with ease. The wheels can be securely fixed to the frame using quick-release fasteners, while the towing handle can be stored space-savingly directly on the container.

Note: The performance of the MixMatic M140 is designed for material feeding of small pavers with a working width of up to 1.5 meters (e.g., P208, P211, P215). This makes the MixMatic M140 an ideal choice for applications in this area, where precise mixing and flexible handling are essential.
