Mixing shovel for binder and rubber granulate.

The M2402L mixing shovel is equipped with a double drive with two counter-rotating mixing tools, which ensure quick and intensive mixing of a homogeneous mix for sports and industrial flooring. The rotation speed of the mixing tools can be regulated and the hydraulic working pressure can be read on a pressure gauge. The robust mixing tools are adjustable and can be easily removed for cleaning. In addition to a mixing performance of 300 kg/2 min and a capacity of 600 liters, the M2402L impresses with its low weight of just 512kg. A substructure with integrated forklift pockets ensures safe parking and easy loading of the M2402L.

All standard adapter plates can be attached to the M2402L and the mixing blade can be operated on carrier vehicles with a hydraulic output of 90 liters per minute at approx. 150 bar (max. 200 bar). The mix is ​​mixed on the way to the unloading point and delivered there in one pan or in portions.
