Machine for the cleaning and care of artificial turf.

The TurfSoft TS1 DC has been specifically designed for the regular top-layer cleaning and maintenance of padel courts with typical turf fibre lengths of 10-15 mm. Its powerful main brush effectively removes suspended particles, abrasion, and dirt, while two side brooms thoroughly clean the edges. A vibrating sieve collects dirt and worn fibers, filters the sand, and returns it to the playing surface. The integrated dust filter meets DIN EN60335-2-69 / Dust Class "M" and EN779 "F8"/"F9" standards, capturing even the finest dust and microplastic particles.

With a cordless battery-powered operation, the TurfSoft TS1 is highly flexible and easy to handle. Additionally, the modified vibrating sieve can be closed, allowing the machine to be used not only on the court but also for cleaning the surrounding areas. At the same time, the machine is ideally suited for cleaning all types of Pickleball court surfaces.

The machine geometry and brush system are optimized for shorter artificial turf, which is why use on turf types with longer fibres is not recommended. With the TurfSoft TS1, regular court maintenance can be carried out reliably – ensuring consistently high playing quality and preserving the long-term value of the court.
